Among the design elements that will be easily recognised are the interior layout, which has many similarities to the 26 Epoca and 32 Ballista, the broad fore deck for extra safety and ease of boarding and disembarking, a feature of the Max II, the design of the side windows from the 22 Spectra, the design and function of the window frame with integrated canvas hood cover from the 305 Drophead, the air-lubricated stepped hull introduced to the Nimbus family with the R-series in 2000, and much more.

A great example of a RYDS 23 WA soft top walk around sports fishing boat. Built in 2007 and commissioned in 2008.
This is a top-quality built boat from Sweden with a deep V-shaped, stepped hull which provides a smooth and stable ride even in rough seas. It has a top speed of 30Mph and cruises comfortably at 22/24Mph. Powered by an inboard Volvo Penta D3-190 Diesel Engine which has incredible fuel economy. The engine and leg have just been fully serviced, and the hull anti-fouled – ready for the season. 364 hours on engine.
It is easy to manoeuvre and really stable even with sharp cornering. For its type of boat, it has a generous aft deck with a mountable teak table and seating for 5, that provides the opportunity for socializing. The boat also has a large and comfortable foredeck, also with full cushions.
Panda is an incredibly safe boat for children (due particular with the high sides), but she is also a great fishing boat with fish lockers in the stern. There are swimming ladders and the sides of the boat are great for storing paddle boards etc. Two can stay overnight in the cabin, but the cabin has proved most beneficial for offering great privacy when moored alongside friends’ boats and ribs and you need to change.
This Ryds 23wa is in great condition, full-service history, very well cared and much-loved boat – with a new cover in 2019 and new front windscreen in 2020.
