Lying Lymington Yacht Haven

This fabulous boat has been in the hands of one owner since 2002 and has been professionally antifouled and polished every spring.

Carefully maintained by ex super yacht bosun/engineer this vessel has cruised regularly in the Solent, along the South Coast, Channel Islands and France.

Maintained at RYA and MCA coding standards and used for occasional RYA Competent Crew and Day Skipper training. Hence 2 chart plotters and 2 VHF .

Accommodation

Sleeps six in three doubles in three cabins (including saloon)

Forward cabin: double cabin, wardrobe to port, shelving to port and starboard and bulkhead mounted mirror. 240v and 12v electrical sockets. 3 cupboards. Spares locker under bunks. 3 portholes with blue curtains. Deck hatch with mosquito net and blind – Memory Memory foam toppers on mattresses. – Ceiling lights and personal lights above each bunk. Fully carpeted in blue – fire extinguisher.

Guest cabin to Port: double berth, vanity unit, hanging wardrobe, mirror and seat. 240v electrical plug. Fire & smoke detector and fire extinguisher. Fully carpeted in blue. Opening porthole and curtain.

Access to water tank, fresh water pumps, electric bilge pumps, etc

Head and shower to Starboard: Vanity unit with single bowl and large cupboard under. Electric Jabsco Head with bathroom cabinet storage behind. Hot & Cold shower with teak seat, teak grating and electric pump. Mirror and cupboard, with bathroom light and shaver socket. Opening porthole with curtain.

Head has electric pump to pump into sea or to large Waste Tank.

Double dinette berth / seating in saloon to port with cubby holes behind. Beautiful teak finish interior joinery, blue carpet and velour upholstery and blue/grey curtains. Varnished teak table on pneumatic pole which slides down as infill for sleeping. Table unfolds and swivels to provide room for 6 to dine.

Sliding windows above bench seating and steps to sliding door to stern cockpit. Brass clock and barometer above large cupboard with two doors for food etc. 2 Spares cupboard(s) under forward bench. Life Jacket storage etc under port bench.

Access to fuel tank, engines, access to batteries under panels.

Galley (to starboard):

Good sized 12v Isotherm fridge to starboard with small freezer section. Large corner insulated ice box for beer, wine, cans etc . two burner gas cooker with oven and grill. Twin bowl stainless steel sink unit with cupboard underneath. Hot and cold water kitchen tap.

Teak shelving forward above sink for mugs etc, and teak wine bottle rack aft. Large aft corner cupboard to starboard for plates and bowls plus 2 drawers for cutlery etc all under work sufaces.

GE also has the benefit of Ardic cabin heating throughout saloon, cabins and head.

Aft Cockpit

Steps from saloon through sliding doors to large aft cockpit.
Seats to Port and Starboard with lockers beneath with warps and cleaning equipment. Cushions for seats and base unit for teak table.

Excellent access to engine room through full width floor hatches. Gate to bathing platform. Engine hatches and bathing platform covered in teak.

Bathing Platform

Full width teak bathing platform with swimming ladder. Lockers (wet) port and starboard. Fresh water shower. Solid teak engine bracket to store outboard engine for tender.
